Questions

The Things People Ask Before They Call.

Anything about fees, deposits or financing depends on the asset and the process it is being sold under — those are worth a conversation.

Selling an Asset

For Owners, Lenders and Counsel

What Kinds of Assets Does the Firm Sell?
Commercial and residential real estate of every asset class — multifamily, industrial, office, retail, land, portfolios and single-family homes — together with equipment, aviation and other personal property, which is liquidated alongside strategic partners.
How is the Sale Method Chosen?
It is a recommendation, not a house style. Depending on the asset and who has to be able to defend the outcome, a disposition may run as a traditional sale, an accelerated sale, an auction, a sealed bid, a call for offers, a confidential off-market sale, a bulk or portfolio sale, a sale/leaseback, or a 363 sale.
Can the Firm Act as Receiver or Special Master?
Yes. The firm takes receivership and special master appointments for property in federal bankruptcy court, in judicial and non-judicial foreclosure, and in disputed trusts, and can act as broker on the resulting sale.

Buying & Bidding

For Buyers and Bidders

Where does bidding actually happen?
Start with the property listing on awproperties.com. Review its auction information and registration requirements. Your account and each auction registration require separate approval. Contact the deal team if registration is not available for a sale.
How do I make an offer on a property that is not at auction?
Contact the deal team named on the listing. For assets being sold by call for offers, ask for the offer instructions and the deadline before you write, so your offer is read against the same terms as everyone else's.
Why are sold properties still listed?
Past sales show the types of assets we have handled and how they were marketed. They include photographs, sale details, and results where available.
Is the firm certified for federal and corporate supplier programs?
Current published credentials: WOSB Certified and WBENC Certified . DUNS 079256377; CAGE 722E3. The full capabilities statement is published on this site.
