Before Registration

The Listing Is Your Starting Point.

Open the listing for the sale you are interested in and review its sale format, available documents and auction information. An auction listing may describe a different process from another sale. Ask the named deal team about missing information or sale-specific instructions.

Property and Sale Information: Check what is being offered and the published sale instructions. A title, status label or historical sale date alone does not establish that registration is open.
Your Customer Account: Create an account when registration is available, complete the required profile and accept the current user agreement. AW reviews account approval separately.
Questions and Saved Properties: Use your account to ask questions and save properties. To take part in an auction, follow the registration instructions for that sale.

Auction Registration

Approval Belongs to a Particular Auction.

When online registration is available, sign in with an approved account, accept the current auction terms, and confirm your bidding entity and contact details. AW reviews each registration and any required deposit separately.

Submit the Registration Request: Follow the registration instructions on the listing. If online registration is offered, review the terms and confirm your details before submitting. Account approval alone does not approve you for an auction.
Check the Review Status: For online registrations, check your account for your status and next steps. Follow the sale instructions for any deposit. Payments are handled offline.
Review Changes: If the terms change, read and accept the new version when prompted. AW keeps your earlier acceptance on record and may need to review your registration again.

After Approval

Follow the Confirmed Sale Instructions.

Follow the instructions for the auction you have been approved to enter. Registration approval lets you participate; it does not place a bid. Contact the deal team if you are unsure how to proceed.

Confirm the Next Action: Check the listing and the instructions from the deal team for how and when to submit your bid.
Keep Terms Specific: Check the sale documents for deposit requirements, premiums, reserves, deadlines, and closing terms. These vary by sale.
