Before Registration

The Listing Is Your Starting Point.

Open the listing for the sale you are interested in and review its sale format, available documents and auction information. An auction listing may describe a different process from another sale. Ask the named deal team about missing information or sale-specific instructions.

Property and Sale Information: Check what is being offered and the published sale instructions. A title, status label or historical sale date alone does not establish that registration is open.
Your Customer Account: Create an account when registration is available, complete the required profile and accept the current user agreement. AW reviews account approval separately.
Questions and Saved Properties: Your customer workspace provides private inquiries and saved properties when those features are available. Sending an inquiry or saving a property does not request auction approval.

Auction Registration

Approval Belongs to a Particular Auction.

For an available internal registration, an approved account reviews the exact current auction terms and confirms its bidding entity and contact details. AW then reviews that auction registration and any required offline deposit status.

Submit the Registration Request: Follow the registration link on the property, review the current terms and confirm the required details. Account approval alone does not authorize participation.
Check the Review Status: Your account's auction workspace shows the authoritative registration status and required next steps. Where a deposit is required, follow the instructions supplied for that sale; this website does not collect payments.
Review Changes: If new terms are published, read and accept the new version when prompted. Earlier acceptance is retained, and renewed acceptance can require another owner review.

After Approval

Follow the Confirmed Sale Instructions.

Use the available registration and bidding controls for the specific auction, or follow its reviewed submission instructions. An approved registration is a participation decision, not a bid or a sale result. Contact the deal team if the supported process is unclear.

Confirm the Next Action: Use the current property and auction records, together with the deal team's instructions, to establish what happens next.
Keep Terms Specific: Deposits, premiums, reserves, deadlines and closing requirements vary. The applicable reviewed sale documents supply those values.
