Frank J. Lapasso obtained his first real estate license in 1991 and currently is licensed in Illinois, Florida & Arizona. At an early age he discovered his passion for real estate which is reflected in the attention to detail and care he brings to each transaction and project he manages today. Frank learned the real estate business as a successful REO broker and auction specialist with Sheldon Good & Company and as an accomplished facilities and property manager of commercial real estate assets for CBRE. He has been providing his clients exceptional investment sales, auction, leasing and property management services for nearly 30 years.
Frank’s REO brokerage and auctions experience has included representing multiple lenders for whom he negotiated contracts, ensured property code compliance, oversaw property inspections, and managed vendor enhancements prior to ultimately selling the assets.
Frank has also provided brokerage services to all types of owners of commercial and residential real estate throughout his career.
Frank’s extensive property management experience has included commercial property/facility management for operations of 1.1 mm SF of Class A mid & low rise commercial ofﬁce buildings and ﬂex space in central & south Florida as well as overseeing the operations and leasing of 14 investor owned commercial ofﬁce, retail & residential facilities in the North Shore of Chicago, Illinois. For these portfolios he was responsible for project management, tenant improvements, tenant relocations, capital projects, implementing annual budgets, providing capital improvement schedules, financial reporting and leasing. As the main point of contact for owners, asset managers and leasing brokers, he addressed property condition and investor concerns and provided lease negotiation services.
Frank is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
